If this has taken some of you by surprise, I'm sorry. I know I didn't make an official thread, until now, but I thought people were following along in the other thread. _________________

I asked if the upcoming Wednesday was going to be too soon, and no one said a thing. I assumed that meant it was OK.
I've already told about 4 new guys, that have been dropping in to my sessions, that the race was tonight. I'd rather not postpone it, if at all possible. _________________

As I mentioned, I thought it would be a good thing to run an extra race, in this mod, as we blew one race with server issues. I've run a few laps at some tracks and I came up with this list.
1) A1-Ring.
It's a nice, simple, layout so , even if you haven't been there, it's easy to learn and these cars handle the track well.
2) Essington.
It's a stock track, so it might get drive by racers to hop in. Again, it's fun in these cars.
3) Daytona Rolex layout.
If you can get the car to not bottom out, on that bumpy oval part, it has potential. Plenty of room to not hit things.
4) Riverside.
Why ? Well, .... I crashed out on lap 2, in the last series where we used this track, and darn it, I want another crack at it !
5) Road America.
Just because the series ran there and I like it.
Let me hear your opinions. I need to make it official this weekend. _________________

Essington or Road America IMO. Probably Road America, just because that track is so brilliant. _________________ -- 2007 : 2009 FiHSF1 Series Champion --- 2007 : 2008 Constructor's Championship Co-driver --- V8 Supercar Series Champion --- Formula BMW Series Champion --

that sounds good. add Canada, as well. since it's not going to be on the F1 calendar this year, I'd like to race it in the CC's. also, we need to run another series with the V8 Supercars!!!

The Champ Car mod is scheduled to end, actually. We try to mix it up with the "Open Series" stuff. I haven't decided what to run next. We have done the V8 supercars in the past. While they were fun, I recall some one saying that handled live a V8 in a canoe. _________________

yea, they handle horribly...that's what makes them so fun!!! I haven't ran some races with them, and I'd like to. we could also do Power and Glory v2.
