Post some of your favorites. Remember, we want to stay with stock tracks and well known ones so the turn out will be as high as we can get it.

I think we will be starting with the Euro mod that Josh mentioned. It's quick enough, and very stable right out of the box.

I like the following.

Essington
Orchard Lake GP ( roval )
Northhamptonshire ( Silverstone )

There is a short version of Silverstone as part of that track. Would that be worth a look ?

I also think Laguna Seca would be a good fit for these cars.

Montreal
Birmingham (Barber motorsports park, Alabama)

Except for Birmingham, none of Josh's are stock. That may not be a bad thing, as long as they are POPULAR.

I'm thinking only about 5 or 6 tracks, so we have time to race another mod before the next F1 season begins. So, we need to come up with a top 5 list.

This looks like a good list to me. Are we talking about running rF3 Euro or more of F1 2009 or something else?

The first series will be rF3 Euro.

How about ....

Barcelona
Essington
Brands Hatch
Montreal
Laguna Seca
Birmingham

Trying to take from everyone's list.

As the the schedule... every two weeks ? Keep in mind we do have Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years holidays in the mix.

If we start on Nov 13, the next would be the day after Thanksgiving, the next Dec 4th, then Dec 18th and Jan 1st. The last race would be Jan 15th.

Does that work for people ? I may have to check with the Mrs, about possible vacation day trips myself.

I dunno, that "day after turkey day" race might be a wee bit thin.

I will be in the desert for Thanksgiving week. Thanksgiving is a holiday that many spend out of town.

I could make Nov. 13th, Dec 4th and 18th. I'll be out of town Thanksgiving and Jan 1st. But we might can get enough ppl to show for all of them.

I have a suggestion, lets setup the server to have 5 minute practices, 5 mins Q sessions and 10 lap races and have it set to rotate to all tracks in our list. That way, the public can join any time, get in a quick race on many different tracks and we advertise our site throught the week. USAR and BROS do this with Megs and NASCAR and their servers are full all the time.

I'm good with the server rotation idea.

We can move the "official" race dates around. I knew those two dates might be an issue. I'll consult the calendar and try again.
